MENNONITE CENTRAL COMMITTEE

Mennonite Central Committee is a relief agency who works with people who suffer from poverty, conflict, oppression and natural disaster internationally. They serve as a channel for interchange by building mutually transformative relationships throughout various communities suffering from emergency situations. Located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, the new 2,100 m2 Corporate Office for the Mennonite Central committee serves as a hub for all their international peace and hunger efforts. MMP worked closely with the client to develop a space that would serve their functional needs. As the organization’s international efforts change, so does the need for flexible workstations. The facilities feature open environments, retail shop, multipurpose rooms, boardrooms, collaboration spaces, warehouse spaces and data base rooms for the client’s worldwide computer servers. Within these spaces efficient planning was achieved that allows for future growth, offices and meeting areas with advanced technology, and light spaces with views to the surrounding site.
