MORELLO BAY The Morello Bay Condominium community was developed as an urban infill project in Winnipeg’s North End Community. The intent was to design affordable housing in a safe, secure environment for young families. Each home was built to three stories with 1,420 s.f. of livable area including three bedrooms, a attached garage, and a private yard. The design of the homes is unique to Winnipeg’s market focusing on higher density housing per acre allowing the developer to offer the homes at an affordable price.
