We are looking to add an Architectural technologist to the MMP team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Knowledge of tools and drafting to complete assigned tasks including completing design changes, general arrangement drawing production, redlining, plotting, and drafting using Revit/AutoCAD platforms.

  • Knowledge of building systems with the capacity to create building sections, and details.

  • Ability to work closely with engineers and senior designers on assigned projects.

  • Perform other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Education and experience:

  • Technical degree/diploma/certificate or equivalent in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience.

We are looking to add an Interior Designer to the MMP team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Involvement in project development during schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

  • Knowledge and application of Construction Administration processes along with on-site observations.

  • Assist in the development of furniture, fixtures, and equipment packages including research, selection, and documentation of products.

  • Research, select, and document overall interiors packages for a variety of architectural projects.

  • Develop architectural concepts and space plans either autonomously or collaboratively as required.

  • Produce highly accurate 3D models and architectural drawings for conceptual presentations.

  • Develop architectural details in collaboration with Architectural Technicians.

  • Interface with building and permitting officials during the permitting and construction phases of the project.

Education and experience:

  • Professional degree from an accredited University.

  • 5 years post graduate, professional experience in the planning and design of significant interior projects.

  • Have a PIDIM membership or eligibility.

  • Planning and design experience in health care, hospitality, education/daycare, commercial and/or corporate interiors.

  • Strong leadership, interpersonal communication, and project management skills combined with Revit/AutoCAD and graphic presentation skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Knowledge of building codes, standards and structures related to interiors.
