Hailey joined MMP in 2012 after spending two years at a larger architectural firm with a primary focus on healthcare design. For the past nine years at MMP she has expanded her breadth of experience to a number of other sectors including retail, corporate office, memory care and recreation but still plays a primary role in all healthcare projects that come into the office both as a lead designer and as a mentor to junior staff.

Engaged in many projects both small and large, Hailey has participated in developing functional space programs and comprehensive space planning for highly detailed and technical interiors, including assessment spaces for special needs children, office spaces for both government and private organizations, high-security patient care areas in hospitals and recreation facilities.

Serving as the lead interior designer, Hailey’s involvement in projects often commences at the very onset of the pre-design and design process with client and user start-up meetings and project feasibility studies. Her involvement continues throughout the design process to construction.
