St. James Volkeswagon & Audi Dealership

The St. James Volkswagon & Audi dealership was one of the first prototypes to combine the two franchises into a single building that clearly differentiates the two clients.

The design incorporates the two franchises flanking each other, while shared services such as auto body, service, parts and support services form the core.

The 32,000 square-foot facility opened in September 2007.
