MMP Principal Owners

ROBERT WRUBLOWSKY, PARTNER

MAA, OAA, AAA, SAA, LEED AP

Robert’s management style reinforces a strong team building relationship and centres on the belief that the strength of any design relies heavily upon the collective abilities of the design and engineering teams working cohesively.

Robert quickly sets the cooperative relationship of the project team, encouraging concept discussions from all disciplines at an early stage in the project. This philosophy results in successful projects that explore creative design solutions while remaining on budget and on schedule.

As a principal at MMP Architects, Robert remains solely accountable for project direction and leadership. Accordingly, he remains driven to provide the highest level of professional service to any project.

CHRISTOPHER DALY, PARTNER

MAA, LEED AP

Christopher’s approach to design begins with the establishment of the client’s design priorities. No two building projects are the same. By establishing primary goals at the onset of the project, we will evolve the project’s design to meet or exceed the client's requirements.

Architecture and design is then customized into the building interior and exterior in a cohesive manner resulting in an implied sense of design logic. The building should speak to its function while exciting those to visit and use the facility. Christopher believes good design does not translate into higher costs. Good design is not using the most expensive materials and systems; it’s about the integration of materials and systems towards a single focus, namely the built form itself.
