Interior Design Technologist —Winnipeg, MB

As an Interior Design Technologist at MMP, you’ll turn concepts into coordinated, permit-ready, and construction-ready documentation across a diverse portfolio of project types.

What you’ll do

  • Develop coordinated drawing packages (plans, elevations, sections, details) from schematic design through IFC; prepare permit and tender sets.

  • Build and manage Revit models; set up views, sheets, keynotes, families, and detail libraries while maintaining BIM standards.

  • Produce interior specs, finish schedules, and technical notes; assist with code summaries and compliance checks.

  • Coordinate with architects, interior designers, and engineering consultants to track comments and close coordination issues.

  • Support product/finish research and submittal reviews.

Contract Administrator (Architecture)—Winnipeg, MB

As MMP’s Contract Administrator, you’ll lead construction-phase services, field reviews, RFIs, submittals, change management, and payment certification using Canadian standard contracts (CCDC) and CHOP-aligned procedures.

What you’ll do

  • Administer contracts, interpret contract docs fairly, certify work and payments, and administer changes/claims.

  • Conduct scheduled site reviews, document findings, and track deficiencies to close out.

  • Manage RFIs and shop drawings/submittals; maintain logs and turnaround KPIs; issue Contemplated Change Notices, Change Directives, and Change Orders with cost/time evaluation.

  • Chair construction meetings by issuing minutes and action item lists. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants.

  • Review progress claims and issue Certificates for Payment; support substantial performance and turnover.

  • Maintain a complete construction record consistent with CHOP.
